Dhali Institute of Teacher Education promoted by Hazi Sultan Dhali Memorial Trust founded in the year 2016. It is located at Village-Chaltaberia, Plot No.-617, P.O.-Murarisha, P.S.-Hasnabad, Dist-North 24 Parganas. It is surrounded by four degree colleges with in the radius of 15 K.M. It’s distance from Kolkata is 58 K.M. and there are several Bus routes and train communication to attend the college. Eco-friendly and hygienic campus and induction of fire safety devises is there. The campus is full of Wi-Fi connectivity for students and teachers and enriched with highly qualified teachers.

It is a premier educational institution in rural area and offers elementary education which is a reflection of its moorings in traditional values coupled with a modern approach to both teaching and learning. The institution endeavours to bring about the all-round development of the students by encouraging self-expression to draw out their latent capabilities. The College was initially started its construction by Hazi Sultan Dhali Memorial Trust and the land donated by Md. Ruhul Amin Dhali, Ex-Deputy Magistrate & a patron of Education in the year 2012. Now it has completed its construction of building and other infrastructure in the year 2015 and applied for recognition of National Council of Teacher Education, New Delhi, being application Id No. ERCAPP3629 & ERCAPP3630 for the D.El.Ed and B.Ed (Composite) courses.Now NCTE, ERC issued Letter of Intent (formal recognition order)infavour of Dhali Institute of Teacher Education to start D.El.Ed and B.Ed. (composite) courses for the session 2016-17 with 50 intake each by taking a decision by the Regional Committee in its 207^th meeting held on 1^st to 3^rd March, 2016. Accordingly Teacher panels are prepared through legally constituted selection committee of the affiliating body and on the result of interview and finally approved the same by the WBUTTEPA and WBBPE. Thereafter in the year 2018, under an order of the Appellate Authority NCTE, Delhi and under an order of the Regional Committee Bhubaneswar vide order no. F.No.ER-248.4.3/ ERCAPP3630/D.El.Ed./2017/55810 Dated. 30.01.2018 recognition accorded with additional 50 intake for the D.El.Ed. course and accordingly teacher panel has been reorganized and approved by the WBBPE. Then under order no F.No.ER-260.12.2/ERCAPP3629/B.Ed./2018/57955 dated. 19.09.2018 recognition accorded with additional 50 intake for the B.Ed. course and accordingly teacher panel has been reorganized and approved by the WBUTTEPA.
